Sec and Sat's Lottery
Roll up, roll up and give me a tickle

1st prize is 100 million ISK, second prize is 10 million ISK.
I'm a bit more concise but I'll still paste the rules
This lottery is free, one ticket per character please.
We discourage alt posting but there's really no way I can stop you.
1, The free lottery is open only to young characters between the ages of 15 days and 2 months (this will be verified before you are entered). This is in an attempt to allow new players to the game to benefit from this "charity" while having an easy going competition.
2, Tickets for the free lottery are restricted to 1 per person/character.
3, In the event that any of the winning tickets are unoccupied, those respective prizes will rollover to the next week (The main prize would double to 100m and the runner up prize would double to 20m).
4, Donations are gladly accepted but will not increase the chances of winning. We won't be bought.
5, Entries must be placed by the specified time on the respective draw days. This is so we can check everything is right and that characters fall within the correct age range.
6, You must post here with the number you choose (asking for "any number" just means more work at our end and will not be carried out).
7, In the event of a mistake being made by us (the organisers) we will judge the severity of the mistake and make good any "**** ups" by compensating the wronged party at our discretion.
8, Once an entry has been placed there will be no changes made.
9, Lotteries will have the winning tickets picked from the bonus ball on the main UK lottery on those respective days. The runner up in the lottery will be chosen by the first ball out on the corresponding Wednesday lottery.

Updating...guys please don't apply if you are too old. I know it sounds like we're being a pain in the arse about this "2 month old thing" but we're trying to help new players get a leg-up, not help older players accumulate ISK.
Yes, I know it's tempting...free 50 mil ISK, but, please read the rules. That may have sounded a bit harsh, but everyone under two months is MORE than welcome to apply.
